наш американский партнёр заинтересован в поставке лома алюминия переплавленного в слитки (чушки), на экспорт в Корею для завода производящего ряд компонентов для США.
Если среди Вашего бизнес-окружения есть такой Экспортёр кто в состоянии сделать соответствующее предложение, мы могли бы обсудить бизнес детально.
Кратко это 40 тонн слитков в месяц на первые три месяца поставок, далее до 200 тонн в месяц на годовом контракте.

We have instruction from the Plant in Korea to purchase Aluminum Ingot as follows:

1. Product and Spec. Aluminum Ingot

We are looking for JIS AC3A and AC4B.

2. Quantity: 40MT/Month for Three Months; and then 200MT per Month for One Year, if the quality is satisfied by the Buyer for the First Three Shipments. The Buyer/Plant is looking for only source who can offers a long term basis shipment, single lots is not interested.

3. Loading Size: 20` Container with 20MT Max per Container (Due to the Inland Road Restriction)

4. Payment: LC at sight; Issued by HSBC, Kuantan, Malaysia, or a Bank in Korea; LC at sight for the first three months; and then revolving LC for one year.

5. Delivery Date: From March 2005

6. Price: Best offer on CIF Pusan, Korea (The buyer hopes to get the ingot at around $1,400/MT CIF Pusan, Korea. However, if the seller wishes to make a deal and the price must be higher, the buyer will consider the offer since the purpose of this offer is to secure a reliable supplying source for long-term. Currently, the buyer purchases about 2,000MT per month)

7. Procedure:
1) Buyer`s offer by this e-mail;
2) Seller`s counter-ffer or acceptance, and the seller to provide photoes of the ingot;
3) Signing the contract with express condition that the buyer will visit the seller`s place of business to confirm the products availability;
4) The buyer to visit the seller;
5) The seller to issue the PB for 5%:
6) The buyer to issue the LC;
7) The seller to ship the products;
8) The seller cashes the LC;
9) The seller ships the next shipment as scheduled and continues the shipment.

We hope that we can enter into a deal for mutual benefits.
